2018 Archdiocesan Chrism Mass

Each year Archbishop Timothy Broglio concelebrates with his priests the Chrism Mass, during which the priests renew their commitment and the oils intended for sacramental use on military installations and in VA Medical Centers served by the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA are blessed and consecrated.

The Chrism Mass is open to the public, and the faithful of the Archdiocese are encouraged to participate.

This year, the lay faithful participating in the Chrism Mass are invited to join Archbishop Broglio, the auxiliary bishops, and priests of the AMS for a chicken and pasta dinner immediately following the Chrism Mass on the lower level of the John Paul II Shrine.

Advance reservations are required before March 5, 2018. Tickets may be purchased by clicking the Register button below.

Adults: $10.00.
Children 14 and under: Free.
