Thank you for your interest in becoming affiliated with the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA (AMS) as either a Seminarian Chaplain Candidate or a Co-Sponsored Seminarian Chaplain Candidate (Cfr. “Paths to Chaplaincy” under "Vocation" to the left for an in depth explanation of these opportunities). 

The AMS seminarian application has multiple sections. After clicking on "Click here to begin" use the "Create and Register your login information here" to do just that. In this section you will be able to create a personal username and password. This will allow you to temporarily suspend the completion of the application and return at a later date to continue with submitting all of the required information. Additionally, you are responsible for asking your Ordinary or Superior and your Rector to send a letter of permission addressed to Archbishop Broglio, the Archbishop for the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA.

NOTE: This application is for the endorsement of the Archdiocese for the Military Services only! You must contact the specific branch of the military that you are interested in joining for their separate chaplain candidacy application.

To begin the application process you must first register as an applicant. After registering, you will be able to use your new username and password to select the appropriate application.
