Submit Sanation

Tribunal creates a new Sanation record

• Enter status of ‘Pending’ if it’s still in progress, or ‘Waiting on AMS’ if it is ready for review by the SR Office

Tribunal creates a new Marriage record, if applicable

• Enter status of ‘Pending’ if it’s still in progress, or ‘Waiting on AMS’ if it is ready for review by the SR Office

Ruth sees a request with status ‘Waiting on AMS’ and reviews for accuracy

• Ruth changes status to ‘Awaiting Tribunal Action’ if changes are needed by Tribunal
• Changes status to ‘Approved’ if all information looks accurate, and clicks ‘Approved’ link

Annulments and Notations

• Tribunal can update Sacramental Notations field in the case of annulments, on Baptism or Marriage records
• Search for the relevant sacramental record, ideally by using the record number (or other information you may have such as recipient name) in the global search field
• Make the edit to the Sacramental Notations field and save the record with status ‘Waiting on AMS’
• Ruth reviews and changes status to ‘Approved’ if all information looks accurate
