Secretary for the Tribunal

The Tribunal Secretary serves as the office manager of the Tribunal. Position responds to inquiries of nullity cases from the Judicial Vicar, Tribunal officials, and court experts. Position maintains all case files. Tribunal Secretary interacts with other dioceses and eparchies related to nullity cases and pre-nuptial paperwork. Canonical Assistant

Reporting to the Judicial Vicar and working with the Tribunal Secretary, the Canonical Assistant furthers the ministry of the Office of the Tribunal by responding to and recording nullity information in case and computer files. The Canonical Assistant tracks the status and movement of nullity cases, performs administrative duties regarding cases, processes requests, generates correspondence, and prepares and distributes case documents with proper attention to deadlines. Young Adult Missionary Coordinator

The Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA-Office for Evangelization is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time position as Young Adult Missionary Coordinator. Duties include: develop and implement a missionary discipleship initiative within the Archdiocese including collaboration with ministry consultants to support missionary formation, training, and personal fundraising; recruiting qualified missionaries; identify military locations for missionary placement; provide ongoing information to AMS priests, coordinators, and volunteers using methods that include site visits, digital media, and personal contact.
