Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Advancement Coordinator is responsible for the AMS gift acknowledgment process, which is a robust, multi-faceted and critically important effort that requires an enhanced level of attention to detail. The Advancement Coordinator is committed to personalizing and enhancing the donor experience with a philosophy that an acknowledgement letter serves as a way to recognize individual donors according to AMS protocol while respecting the wishes of the individual donor and not just a tax receipt. The Advancement Coordinator is also responsible for providing diverse administrative support to the Advancement staff and is involved in all fundraising initiatives.
