Job Openings at Pastoral Center

As such all Archdiocesan employees share in the mission, which Christ entrusted to the Church, to spread the Gospel, to serve our sisters and brothers, and to build up the Body of Christ, which is the Church. Employees – both at work and in their daily life – must respect, appreciate, and uphold the teachings, principles, legislation, policies, and traditions of the Catholic Church in word, lifestyle, and example.

There is currently one position open at the Edwin Cardinal O’Brien Pastoral Center in Washington, DC.  After reading the full job description on CatholicJobs.com, candidates should submit resume, cover letter, and salary requirements to resumes@milarch.org.

Advancement Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Advancement Coordinator is responsible for the AMS gift acknowledgment process, which is a robust, multi-faceted and critically important effort that requires an enhanced level of attention to detail. The Advancement Coordinator is committed to personalizing and enhancing the donor experience with a philosophy that an acknowledgement letter serves as a way to recognize individual donors according to AMS protocol while respecting the wishes of the individual donor and not just a tax receipt. The Advancement Coordinator is also responsible for providing diverse administrative support to the Advancement staff and is involved in all fundraising initiatives. The Advancement Coordinator will assist with updating donor data, special events, prospect research, and grant writing.  See full job post on CatholicJobs.com.
