Donor Data Administrator

The Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA, based in Washington, DC, seeks a Donor Data Administrator to serve as the primary database administrator in the Office of Advancement.  The Donor Data Administrator plays a critical role in all data processes used in the Office of Advancement by effectively using Salesforce and related applications to generate reports and analyze data, upload and receive bulk data, and coordinate the office’s direct mailing campaigns and email appeals.  The Donor Data Administrator integrates a culture of Salesforce usage across directorates and plays an important role in training staff members to use Salesforce to achieve office goals and increase stewardship of the Archdiocese.  The ideal candidate will have two to three years of progressive experience in Salesforce usage in a non-profit or higher education setting, the ability to train other staff members, an interest in harnessing raw data into a people-centric approach of engaging both renewal and new stewards to the Archdiocese, and a dedication to promoting the Catholic Faith to active duty services members, veterans, and benefactors of the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA.  Please see the full description for additional details.
