Reporting to the Director of Development, the Advancement Coordinator is responsible for the AMS gift acknowledgment process, which is a robust, multi-faceted and critically important effort that requires an enhanced level of attention to detail. The Advancement Coordinator is committed to personalizing and enhancing the donor experience with a philosophy that an acknowledgement letter serves as a way to recognize individual donors according to AMS protocol while respecting the wishes of the individual donor and not just a tax receipt. The Advancement Coordinator is also responsible for providing diverse administrative support to the Advancement staff and is involved in all fundraising initiatives. The Advancement Coordinator will assist with updating donor data, special events, prospect research, and grant writing.
