WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Tuesday night, April 4, 2017, His Excellency, the Most Reverend Timothy P. Broglio, J.C.D., Archbishop for the Military Services, will celebrate the annual chrism Mass to bless oils for sacramental use throughout the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA (AMS), during the coming year.
The chrism Mass, which will be concelebrated by Auxiliary Bishops Richard B. Higgins, Neal J. Buckon, and Robert J. Coyle, along with other AMS priests and U.S. Military chaplains, will commence at 6 p.m. (ET) in the Crypt of the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, 400 Michigan Avenue Northeast, in Washington, D.C.
The chrism Mass is open to the public.
