WASHINGTON, DC – His Excellency, the Most Reverend Timothy P. Broglio, J.C.D., Archbishop for the Military Services, USA, cordially invites the faithful of the Archdiocese to the inaugural Catholic Military Conference taking place during the Veterans Day holiday, Nov. 9-11, 2026, at the Westfields Marriott in Chantilly, Virginia, conveniently located just minutes from Dulles International Airport.
Centered on the theme “Living and Serving Justly,” this first-ever Catholic Military Conference will bring together service members, military spouses, and chaplains for a powerful experience of spiritual renewal, fellowship, and formation.
The conference will include the celebration of daily Mass and opportunities for Adoration and Confession.
Through inspirational and informative keynote addresses and engaging breakout sessions, participants will:
- Deepen their identities as disciples of Christ
- Learn about Just War Theory and reflect theologically on the spiritual and moral dimensions of military service
- Discover how to serve God and neighbor authentically as Catholic disciples of Jesus and service members or military spouses
