Office of the Judicial Vicar

The Archbishop for the Military Services, USA, as in all dioceses, appoints a priest to serve in all legal and judicial matters which concern the Law of the Church and is the director of the Office of the Tribunal. The priest must have a degree in Canon Law. The various functions managed by the Judicial Vicar vary in each diocese.
