On 21 September 2022, the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA, and US Conference of Catholic Bishops, submitted the following comments opposing an interim final rule that would allow the provision of abortions, including elective abortions, in Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers, through all nine months of pregnancy.
