Archbishop Broglio Visits Air Base 101 in Niger

On Sunday, Nov. 3, His Excellency, the Most Reverend Timothy P. Broglio, J.C.D., Archbishop for the Military Services, USA, visited Air Base 101 in Niamey, Niger. Archbishop Broglio traveled first to Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, and then to Niamey in support of Catholic Relief Services (CRS), the international charity of the Catholic Church in the United States whose Board of Trustees has many bishops from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB). In Niger, CRS is funding local children’s education, hygiene programs, and refugees arriving from Libya or internally displaced. Continue reading

SALINAS, CA – Two prospective Catholic U.S. Air Force Chaplains were ordained transitional deacons on Friday, May 31, 2019, in Salinas, CA. The Reverend Mr. Tyler Harris (right center in photo), 2d Lt, USAFR, and the Rev.
